I am not sure if this is the most appropriate title for a blog post, but I will explain that I am a Weight Watchers Member, and a personal trainer. I am also a registered dietitian. I have also received many of my weight loss tips from the popular internet message boards like Yahoo Fitness, Reddit, etc. I was actually surprised to see that people had not read my blog before writing about it, so this blog post is the result of my research to learn about weight loss diets, and why I think they are great.
